Martha Stricker Bio
Martha Stricker is the Director of Operations of Epic4 Specialty Partners. She is focused on the development of strategies and objectives as well as measuring the effectiveness of practices, processes, and activities. Her focus is to unencumber doctors from administrative functions and allow them to focus on the highest levels of clinical excellence and service standards. She joined the team to ensure the integration of clinical quality and service standards. She has experience in a variety of healthcare settings in a 20+ year career as a registered nurse which saw her move from the bedside to executive leadership. Most recently, Martha served as the COO of a multi-specialty physician group where she was responsible for areas such as: project management, strategic planning, provider compensation, budgeting/financial review and reporting, data analysis and operational oversight. Martha enjoys spending time with her husband, adult children, family, and close friends. Trips to Husker football games, group getaways and rides to the Black Hills of South Dakota on their Harley trike are favorite getaways. She volunteers at the local County Health Department Immunization and Genetics Clinics. She holds a BSN from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, a MBA from Western Governors and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
